Families of elementary and middle school students have a fund raising fee of $100 per student with a cap of $200 per family. High School students have a fund raising fee of $150 per student. The fund raising fee is due in full by May 10th each year. Fund raising credits are posted to accounts on a monthly basis. The fund raising fee can be paid off with a cash payment or through the generation of credit via programs like Scrip. Not all fund raising activities are eligible for fund raising credit – please be sure to check the details of the program prior to making an assumption about the applicability of your purchase to your account balance. The Scrip Program is an easy way to pay off the fund raising fee and also earn credit toward tuition and other student fees. Scrip credits are posted to accounts monthly, but there is about a two month delay. For example, if you purchase Scrip in August, that credit will be reflected on your October tuition statement.
